Air Force Association CyberCamp

The University of Pittsburgh Institute for Cyber Law, Policy, and Security (Pitt Cyber) in partnership with Robert Morris University and Pitt Information Technology hosts a week-long virtual Air Force Association CyberCamp for high school students (entering 9th grade – graduating 12th grade) every year.

The free camp is designed for a range of technical skill levels, including introductory digital literacy, and is focused on cyber ethics and systems security.

Hacking4Humanity

At Pitt, we believe no one discipline has a lock on effective solutions to big problems. That is why Pitt Cyber, the School of Computing and Information, GSPIA’s Ford Institute for Human Security, Pitt Honors College, and Pitt Information Technology host Hacking4Humanity - an intentionally transdisciplinary hackathon.

Future of X Salon Series

The Future of X series convenes experts from the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon, as well as around the world, on critical technology-related challenges. The participants are thought leaders, policymakers, and industry leaders from across disciplines and professions, recognizing that these challenges require an all-in, boundary-breaking approach.
